When that happened to me, what helped was to flick it back, as in, comb it back each side like in a flick. You might need mousse, gel or hairspray to fix it.
Atleast it was just the front and not all your hair, I cut the front and sides of my hair and asked my sister to do the back lets say she messed it up and so we kept taking turns with the siscors. Next day my hair got shaved to a number 3. I'm also female, Whats worst is repeating the story. I was 19 at the time lol so you are definatly not as stupid as me lol. Hair grows back, could you pin it up?

No no I know, the red-legged scissor man. Only it was children's thumbs he cut off, although one may exist for hair as well, very possibly :)

You could get inventive with hair clips for now? It'll grow back before you know it anyway x
