Sorry that things are so difficult right now.
Can you explain what it is about the meetings that you don't like? Or why you don't want to go? Sometimes it can take a while to find someone you can talk to about your issues/thoughts so try not to lose hope.
Medication can be intimidating to take, especially when it can take months to get any benefits from them. However there is no shame in deciding that they aren't for you at all.
Don't be afraid to go back to your doctor to discuss other treatment options.
Mental health issues can be overwhelming to deal with, but you can do it. Be kind to yourself and take each day as it comes.
