Mood diary.
I've been asked by my CPN to keep a mood diary. It's not really to look at fluctuations in mood on a day to day basis, but to notice patterns over the longer term. I get periods of low mood every few months and we're going to look for possible triggers. The hope is that I can catch low mood periods early and they won't be so disruptive to my life when they happen.
Does anyone else keep a mood diary for a similar reason? How do you do it? What kind of things do you you include? I don't really want to spend to much time doing it, just a brief overview - a few bullet points really. I don't experience mania or anything like that, so don't need to record high moods or euphoria.
Any experiences welcome!
