does anyone else get this?
I can't tell the difference between flashbacks, dreams, hallucinations and dissociation.
It's like I'm completely losing reality.
Does anyone ever feel this way?
How do you manage it?

Yes I get this, although I don't hallucinate.
I don't know how to tell the difference between them but being grounded more from all of them starts with being able to connect your senses to the present time and space and make them less connected with the other stuff. It is possible, just takes work and sometimes outside help. I assume meds help with the psychotic stuff but not dissociative? I don't have much experience of the psychosis stuff just dissociation and flashbacks.

Thanks for replying.
I don't get dissociation that often. In fact I've rarely experienced it. But recently it's become a big problem.
Also I've had so many bad dreams about the trauma that I don't know what's real and what isn't and I'm suppose to give a statement to the police .

Ah ok, try not to panic it's a natural response to trauma and will settle down when you're feeling safer. Do you have any support when you're dealing with the police? Are the police understanding?

The police have been very nice so far.
Worried about what the solicitor will say / ask me if it goes to court.
I feel so suicidal becAuse I feel like I can't make the right disicion.
I feel like I'm a bad person whatever I chose.
Everything is like picture, walls are moving, memories are mixed up.

Yep I can relate to that. Try and remember that the walls aren't really moving. Can you tell if any of your senses more engaged with the here and now? If sight is an issue can you try touch (if it's safe) or sounds or smells? If things get distorted with any of them try another. For example I'm at the crisis house and they have these multi coloured lights that project onto the wall which makes the wall 3D and real, which is weird for me but very helpful.
It may feel like it's hard to make the right decision but bottom line you deserve justice. You do need to feel safe though so take it easy x

I honestly don't know how I made it through last night but I did.
Flashbacks were awful and so real yet the world around me didn't feel real.
I was filled with guilt and hatred for myself.
I start emdr therapy on Thursday so hopefully that will help.
I called Samaritans and they helped a lot.

Well done for getting through.
EMDR is great and can help massively with flashbacks. I only had 3 sessions but the stuff I worked on isn't an issue at all anymore.

That's great to know.
I spoke to my team today and explained how I felt and they said it's dissociation rather than psychosis which helps becAuse now I know what's happening I can work on it.

That's good. I find it helping being told is dissociation for the same reason. Take a look at the mind leaflet on dissociation, it's pretty useful; http://www.mind.org.uk (sorry do the proper link on my phone, just type in dissociation)

I hate this feeling.
I can't tell reality.
I don't know what to do.
I keep seeing myself self harm but when I come round it hasn't actually happened.
I keep seeing myself being assaulted but when I scream no sound comes out.
I'm not in control of my mind.
