Just your thoughts on this subject do you know of any mystery shoppers actually being detaine, restrained etc...

What? Why would a mystery shopper be restrained? The only difference between them and a regular shopper is that they have to fill out forms about the shop when they get home.

There would be no reason for anyone to detain mystery shoppers, there wouldn't be any grounds for it. Even if the business realised they were a mystery shopper, it would make no sense as the mystery shopper would certainly complain about it in their report!

Do you mean a 'mystery shopper' that goes to MH groups at CMHT etc to rate the quality? Or a mystery shopper in supermarkets?

Either way why would they get restrained? There'd be no need unless you became extremely violent.
