Wellbutrin

So my new psychiatrist weened me off the 225 mg of Effexor XR down and put me on 300 mg of Wellbutrin in the morning. That along side the rest of the cocktail: Lamitcal 400 mg, Zongran 400 mg, Abilify 10 mg, and Clonipin 1.5 mg.
Also I've been just recently diagnosed with ADD in addition to the bipolar and aspergers.
I've been getting anxiety attacks almost every other day since I got back to college, I saw my therapist today and she said I need to talk to my psychiatrist whom I see next Wednesday.
I don't know what I'm asking honestly. Experiences in any of the above I guess? I'm pretty exhausted from being so anxious.

I'm on Wellbutrin I found it increased my anxiety until I took it as an adjunct to a second antidepressant.
I also started on 150mg and worked up to 300mg

It sounds like you are on a lot of meds and have a lot of diagnoses.

Have you been back to basics and addressed your issues from the bottom up, like just looked at what the problems are and ways to manage them CBT style maybe? For anxiety problem I found that approach very useful.

Do you have any specific help for your aspergers? It's quite different to your other diagnoses and might need a more specialist person to help you?

I saw my therapist earlier today, she said my symptoms are too severe to manage with therapy and that I need to consult my psychiatrist for a change in medication.
I used to go for behavioral therapy as a child for the aspergers, now I just have very patient friends that explain stuff I miss and I spend a lot of time googling slang and metaphors.
