soo last april i openly came out as MTF transgender i had been fighting with it along time. i been living full time female since april and recently my therapist signed paperwork to change my gender marker on my license from Male to Female. so im like super excited and glad i made the change my depression has lessened and my mood and attitude has changed cause im trying not to pretend to be something im not. tho it has been a rough road when i first came out my dad told me i should off myself which ended up putting me in the hospital for a week.. but i been self harm free for 7months and cause of my familys lack of support i have stopped talking to them cause of the stress it caused. i also am interning to be a social worker i quit law enforcement didnt turn out to be like i wanted and my knee couldnt take all the physical stress. so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask

i also know i havent been around in a long time i been so busy learning all about being a girl shopping, clothing, make up, and im still learning . so for those who remember me im sorry i used to be a ass. and for those who dont im always available to talk

thanks :D it was a big decision i do not regret. sorta wish i had used make up a long time ago im not very good.. no clue how many times i have poked myself in the eye with the mascara brush OUCH

Ive been trying to understand parts of transgender.. one of your sentences confuses me . transgender is when someone thinks their the opposite sex is uncomfortable being what they are or something like that?

ok.. so im guessing mtf male to female.. you said.. "living full-time female"...???? Well werent you doing that already? hence your need for the change. Or maybe i just am stupid.

That's really great, I'm glad you're doing well and staying SH free, that's a great thing. I'm sorry your family isn't so supportive of your decision and telling you to off yourself was a horrible thing to say. I agree it was a good idea to cut them out of your life, if they can't accept you for who you are and what you want to do, then so be it. I do hope they come around eventually but if not, it's better without them anyway, you don't need to be put down for finally being who you want to be.
