Care-Coordinator not been in touch.

I normally have weekly contact with my social worker either by phone or in person but he hasn't contacted me in over two weeks and I'm getting quite concerned that I've done something wrong to offended him because it's unlike him not to be in contact, do you think I'm overthinking, I sent him a email yesterday and he hasn't replied so think he's ignoring me?

I highly doubt that you have done something wrong it just wouldn't work like that as if you had done something major you would know about it.

Have you got an appointment booked as if you didn't and he was off sick then the staff wouldn't necessarily think to contact you. I know when I'm off ill I go through my diary and they phone up the people I've got booked in that day so you may have inadvertently slipped through the net. If he doesn't reply to your emails than maybe phone up and ask for him you should get an answer that way!

I agree he could be ill, or having been ill. My CC fell ill this time last year and I didn't hear from him or anyone for a few weeks - it took a little while for him to catch up again once he was back.

I'd give him until this afternoon/tomorrow morning to reply to your email and then give the service a phone call asking if he is about and if not and you think you would like to speak to someone ask to see the person on duty.

Well I spoke to my social worker today and he's not pissed off with me, thank you for the reassurance.
