1 year free
Hey guys, just thought I'd say, I've achieved a year free of self harm! I'm pleased with myself, and anybody who's fighting those daily urges, be proud of yourselves too! It is possible, it is difficult, but to fight it is to make the first step into a better life.
If anybody has any suggestions as to how I go on from here, let me know!

Wow, one year free is amazing, well done!
Are you doing anything to reward yourself for coming so far in recovery?
What do you mean by how to go on from here?

Well done! A year is a brilliant achievement.
Definitely think about a reward.
If you want to think about where you want to go from here, do you have any other goals you would like to achieve/ aim for?

A year is an incredible achievement, very well done.
Maybe write a list of goals you want to achieve in life now you're in recovery and go from there?

That's amazing Connor I'm super happy for you!
Defiantly treat yourself you have really earned it and maybe do like everyone else is saying where do you want to go from here? Set up goals and make a list.

That's fantastic! =]
I love seeing success stories, it makes everything feel more hopeful and makes it easier to keep fighting.
