I just want to stop.

I don't really know what to do. Im in a job I hate and every day it makes me more and more depressed.
I want to quite but being on JSA made me depressed, I just need a better job I feel good in.

I don't have very good confidence and find it hard in finding new work. I have Asperger syndromes which doesn't help, im too ashamed in telling people or asking for help with it, who would I ask? Can anyone in the UK help?

One thing that doesn't help is the fact I drive to work, if my car ever breaks down i'll have to get a train and walk 30 minutes to work. I have OCD and don't like public transport. Every day I panic about it, wonder if something might happen to my car. I never leave the house now because of it, the less I drive the less chance of something happening to my car. I just feel trapped.

I just want to stop with life. Im not sure if I feel suicidal or just really depressed.

I don't have any friends I can talk to about it and I don't want to talk to my family about it.

Hi there.

Sorry you're feeling so low. It can be terrible being stuck in a job you hate.

You could try askinv the job centre if they would offer any support or there is the Shaw Trust who help people with disabilities/MH issues etc find work and stay in work. It might help to speak to them.

Would it be helpful to learn about car maintenance? That might help you feel less anxious if you know how to fix things that go wrong with your car. I know that's helped me, but I am not you.

I know you do not want to talk to your friends or family about this, but could you explain why? A lot of times that is a great resource for learning how to fix things and talking through problems and finding a plan B that you're more okay with.

Men come and go, but dust accumulates.
