Contains alcohol - Been sober all month so far

Doing Sober for October for charity but doing it for myself to , I usually am quite a heavy drinker , thing is I KNOW that I'll drink on the 1st of November and it's my birthday on the 7th so I'll drink then.......Can alcohol tolerance drop much in 31 days?

I don't know too much about how tolerance can drop but just wanted to say that I read your post and congrats for staying sober so long:) keep up the good work! *hugs*

congrats for staying sober for the month so far and yes tolerance can drop fairly quickly. i would say that if you've managed to continue it for all of act why break the sobriety in nov. you can find plenty of things to do for fun which dont involve alcohol
