hospitalized?
I've been given the option whether or not to be put in a hospital temporarily to stabilize.
I don't know what to do, I have about an hour to decide.
I am currently suicidal and self harming. I have been slowly spiraling down into depression over the past two weeks. I see myself slipping and I don't know if I would do anything to myself that would effect my mortality or not. I just feel unsafe. what should I do?

It sounds like it might be beneficial for you if you are suicidal and unsafe.
Did the people offering you hospital discuss with you the pros/cons of being admitted?
Do you have a close friend or family member who you could talk this over with?

Do you think hospital would be beneficial in keeping you safe and possibly looking at ways to help you cope better with what's going on?
If you're not safe then it's certainly worth a try.
