I am currently:
exhaustion

I have bipolar disorder.
I'm on a medication cocktail of Lamictal 200 mg twice a day, Zongran 400 mg at night, Abilify 10 mg at night, Effexor XR 150 mg in the morning, and Clonzapam .25 mg three times a day.
I don't hallucinate anymore. I haven't had a panic attack in months. My moods are fairly regular now.... BUT
I tired ALL the time. I usually take 1-3 naps a day. If I don't I'm in bed by 8 PM. I'm in college full time, I have night classes. I don't have time to be tired.
Albiet this is the best I've felt in a long time, I also don't have enough energy for maintaining my busy schedule.
Suggestions? Do you think I should consult my psychiatrist or just make due?

I think speaking to your psychiatrist would be a good idea. It is great that your moods have improved. It is frustrating when meds that are keeping you well come with a downside. I was struggling with sleep because of my meds and my psychiatrist made a small change which improved my sleep without a knock on effect on my mood. Your psychiatrist will be able to weigh up the risk factors based on your history etc and hopefully will be able to help you. Don't suffer in silence.
