May be triggering please I need advice

I don't know what's wrong with me I keep wanting to hurt mysrlf cutting mainly suicide my life is bad my mom said she hates me and my cutting is stupid she called me stupid in front of the man from cps. I don't kno how to get rid of these thoughts

That's not good to hear :/ but wanting to hurt yourself is also a bad thing. Is that the thing that triggers you to cut?
Do you find any good distractions that can get you away from these thoughts? If no, what are they?

All you need is a distraction from routine life. Go out, catch up with friends and,may be later try fixing whatever is wrong with you.
