Then it doesn't update playcounts though. I used to manually manage it, but for the time being I'm letting it sync as it's less fuss.
What do you mean by 'won't'? If you mean it pop's up with different library, it will basically wipe your ipod and readd everything. Annoying, but fine if you have everything.
