I am currently:
inpatient and anxiety

I'm currently in hospital on section. As a trial the Dr's have taken me off all my meds so they can see how I am and then decide what to do.

I've been off meds for 2 days now and i've gotten a lot worse. I'm very suicidal extremely anxious.
I've been so anxious i haven't been leaving my room. Nor even for meal as it brings on a full panic attack.
I tried to night and one of the nurses sat with me and I still couldn't do it. I couldn't swallow or breath because the anxiety was so bad. After about 3 mins in the room I went back to my bedroom.

It's all too much. I don't know how to handle it and haven't eaten or drank all day as a result.

Can anyone offer any advice?

The average,

gets up at 7.30am feeling just plain terrible.

Call me Kate.

I have dyslexia so please excuse my poor spelling and sometimes poor understanding.

My only advice is to talk to staff, maybe look at mindfulness?

Do you think it would be better for you to stick to one thread? Maybe in serious?

Sorry for wasting your time. I just wanted some general advice. You don't have to reply if it bothers you that much.

You're not wasting my time or bothering me. It's just you've got a lot of threads on this page. Might be easier to keep up with your situation if you stick to one thread. People will be able to give you better replies.

Could be withdrawal.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
