Why do you think your mum would be mad at you for telling her you still feel unwell? Do you think maybe she cares about you, and it comes out as frustration that her child is ill, and is mistaken as anger?

I personally think it's always better to tell people how you feel rather than keep it inside. Because if you don't tell anyone, and you don't seek help, things can get much worse until you are at a point where you need to be sectioned or you commit suicide.

What do you mean when you say will it fire back in your face? Is there anything you are worried about happening?

Have you been under any care or treatment since you were discharged? If so then talk to those people about how you feel. Otherwise go back to your GP and talk to them about how you feel and that you'd like more help.

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…

I agree with this. Even if you dont feel able to talk toy our mum, maybe a phone line or someone else like a tacher, social worker or someone who used to be involved in your care.

hugs xx

Mom found my note pad were I wrote thoughts so I can rationalize them and brought up alot of things with my social worker at mental health (from my suposed E.D that I dont think I have to S.I and suicidal thoughts) my social worker and mom suggested hospitalization but we talked and first i can go to my pediatrician/ family doctor to see about a med changed. I really hope i dont have togo back to hospitalization and im working on fixing my problems but i keep falling back. My mom says its not my fault because depression can be genetically past down is that true? d
