Taking Abilify...need advice

I'm on Celexa and Lithobid, and my doctor just added on Abilify since I've still been struggling a bit. I've been noticing some side effects like:

Inability to focus
Fatigue
Muscle twitches
Difficulty swallowing

I was wondering if anybody else has struggled with these side effects and if there's a way to make them at least more manageable? Thanks!

I am on this med and I get muscle twitches and tremors, I have been put on
procyclidine which has helped them, although I have had to half my dose of it due to blurred vision, but that has brought back some of the muscle twitching and tremors.
I find swallowing and talking difficult on it, which for me I think is due to my tongue shaking, therefore my speech isn't very clear and swallowing can be hard, again the procyclidine has helped with this and at the higher dose it stopped it, but now on the half dose, they have come bak slightly.

there are also other meds which can help to reduce the twitching/tremoring.

Thanks for the input Frenchhorn, I'll ask my doctor about the procyclidine next time I see him. Auror, I was just put on it last week so it's still another month until I see him due to the fact that he's out of the state, but I'll definitely mention the side effects to him along with the other medication you mentioned.
