Why do you feel their disorder is important for the stalking? Genuine question here! I have been diagnosed with NPD traits and I don't go around stalking people, so I was just wondering.
If telling the person to stay away and blocking them online on social media platforms and blocking their number doesn't work you need to go and tell the police what they are doing.
Keep a diary with incidents, like time, date, what they did etc as it will help the police to see what exactly happened and it can be used as evidence against the person.
