I cannot stop crying all I wanna do is cut. I'm sick of having these panic attacks and sleepless nighs all I can think about is self harming again... I really need someone to talk to.... my roommate is taking me to a mental hospital on Monday because she thinks it's really going to help me....

Can you pin point the emotions/feelings you're experiencing that are making you want to cut?
How do you feel about going to the hospital? Do you think it'd help you?

I'm in a mental hospital as we speak my roommate brought me here this morning this is the first time ever being in one I'm still scared I posted in my first thread about my situation and what has happened to me in the last few years... anyone is okay to message me I really hope someone will... thank you Lord for the support....

I've never heard of someone going IP for SHing alone. Not saying it doesn't happen, just that I've never heard of it before.
