im so sad and just need to let it all out . i have no one to talk to thanks to my boyfriend. we argued last night and he hurt me . he doesnt even care and said i deserved it . im in so much pain today and feel so low .

I'm sorry you're struggling. Were you arguing about anything in particular?
Did he hurt you physically? If he did I think you need to tell somebody to stop it happening again.
I'm sure he does care. You don't deserve it. No one deserves to be hurt.

Is there anything that'll make you feel a little happier at the moment/do you have any distraction techniques for when you're feeling low?

Anyone that hurts you and doesn't care that they hurt you isn't worth your time. Do you feel able to leave him? Are you safe? You don't deserve this at all and I hope you can find someone who treats you better.

No one deserves to be hurt, not ever. There is never any excuse for abuse. Can you tell someone what happened so they can offer you some support?

I'm sorry to hear you're going through this and to hear what your boyfriend did to you. Someone who hurts you and doesn't care about you doesn't deserve to be a part of your life. You deserve so much more love and care than that.

What is the situation with your boyfriend, do you live together etc?

You say you have no one to talk to, do you mean because of losing friends/family because of him etc?

Is there anywhere near you which offers support when this kind of thing happens, most towns/cities have refuge places or women's aid places you can go to if you're not safe at home.

There are of course always helplines you can call as well, I don't know where in the world you are but a quick internet search for help for abuse in your local area would bring some up - if you feel unable to look this up on your computer in case it's found you could try using a public computer etc.
