Are you in England? If so, then visiting your GP is probably the best first step. Do you think you might be able to ring your GP surgery to make an appointment?

No other sadness in the world would do

well done for making a start, often admitting there is something you need help with is the best place to start

I contacted a psychologist laat night. But I have no idea what to say or where to begin describing how I feel. Ive never been good with speaking with people in peraon or over the phone. She wants me to call. I have no idea how to start.

Could you write down how you feel and hand it to your psychologist?

Ive only exchanged an email with her so far. She wants me to call to discuss things, and I would love to be able to. I have never been good woth talking to people in person or over the phone. I literally go blank and cant get any words out. I was hoping someone could help me come up with an opening question/statement kind of thing for when I do call. My anxiety just cripples me especially in this area, I just can't think.

Would it help if you wrote down a few dot points so you can then read off it if you find you go blank once you get on the phone
