I bought Research chems, but the company sent the wrong ones (their stronger)

I ordered more Diclazepam 2mg, but they sent Etizolam. The etizolam molecule differs from a benzodiazepine in that the benzene ring has been replaced by a thiophene ring, making the drug a thienodiazepine, the fact that I've been using diclazepam & now etizolam is concerning my GP & drug & alcohol counselor, & I may be joining a prescribing program for Diazepam, due to the risks of these chems & the potential for the chem company to make a mistake. I think it's positive because most of my money is going on these things & it's keeping me off the alcohol, I've been alcohol free since December 27 2013 What do you guys think?

I think going on a program for Diazepam may be helpful for you.

Well done on being sober for so long, I hope the Diazepam can help keep you sober. I know friends of mine are on it to keep sober and it helps them.

I can relate to how costly having an addiction can be. Perhaps it would be nice to try and save up for something nice to reward you for being sober of alcohol for so long.

Thanks yeah my D&A counselor seems to think so too, but I'm dreading seeing their designated doctor about the possible diazepam prescribing program, in case she says no & it leaves me disappointed, I already did buy my self something nice, a new Macbook Pro & some new clothes :)

I'm glad you were able to treat yourself :) you definitely deserve it.

If it helps you keep off alcohol and stronger medication, then I would hope that they let you be put on Diazepam.

If not are there any other options that are available?

I really hope I do get the diazepam as the only other option is to keep buying off the internet, that isn't very safe, as nothing else my GP is prepared to prescribe comes close & I don't want to hit the drink again

I think going back on the pills off the internet would be the last thing your GP would want. At least this way they can monitor you usage and know the pills are safe.

I used to use benzos off the net and now my GP prescribes a small amount of them instead so it can be safely monitored. So I'm sure they will let you have it, I doubt they would have suggested it if it wasn't likely to have the outcome you and your D&A worker want.
