Aspergers Hospital/Unit/Supported Housing?

Hi, I was just wondering whether anyone is aware of any hospitals, units or supported housing that deals with Aspergers but also mental health (BPD).

Thank you

I was in a unit called Cornerstone House in Borehamwood. It is a hospital but isn't really your average hospital.
They deal with all sorts of things and the therapy programmes are pretty good and specific to the individual.
It is a good place and there is supported housing under the same company which I also went to and you can do a gradual step down.

I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!

Who else is fine?!?!?

Thank you. Can I ask if they are quite restrictive in terms of what you can have in your room? Can you have phones/laptops? Do the bedroom doors get locked?

My social viewed Milton Park the other day

They aren't that restrictive. I had a laptop there and my phone. I know some patients weren't allowed their phones but the reasons were specific to them. You're not allowed to have them on if you're in a group/meant to be in a group. You're allowed a TV and everything in your room. And the rooms are en suite which is always good!

You have your own key to your room and a key card to allow you onto your floor. Obviously, if they think you're too unsafe to be in your room, then they will keep your keys in the office.

Thanks Cacoethes, that's helpful. The hospital that my social worker has found sounds horrible, no phones or laptops allowed and limited things allowed in rooms :(
