I wouldnt say I have night terrors but I do talk, scream and thrash about in my sleep, sometimes waking up other people.
Its not so much the seriousness, but the relavence; I would tell your mental health team. Its probably a good thing you don't remember specifics, as much as you kind of want to know what they were about I find if I try and remember and do recall in the morning, if I think about it too much or tell someone else, later that day I will remember more clearly than I would have wanted to and it can make that day hard.
My point is, for me, I cope better if I try and forget about them. I have no idea how to stop or reduce them, but I wonder; has your medication been changed recently?
