Sea Fish...
I feel horrid but I wanna eat oily fish
it's freaking me out been vege for over a decade.
I there a vege substiture?

It might be that you are craving the nutrients that are found in oily fish, maybe you could look for something veggie that contains the same kind of nutrients as oily fish.

One of my alters craves fish sticks!
We wont make any for her cause the rest of us is vege, and she can't make them herself cause she's only 5.
But her thoughts are so annoying, and when she is really craving fish sticks and I'm in contact with her, then I'M craving fish sticks too.
Dunno what to do with your fish craving though. Maybe take substitutes for whatever nutrients there are in fish? So if it's from your body craving anything that's only in fish then it should get better quickly.
