Specialist PD Units/Hospitals

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any other PD units/hospitals other than:

• The Priory - Roehampton
• Cygnet - Ealing/Beckton

I have completed 16 months at The Priory but no suitable accommodation has been found or deemed suitable so I am needing to move elsewhere.



If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated.

There is The Cassel in Richmond which is a therapeutic community? You would have to apply for funding via a mental health team though.
That's the only one I know of that hasn't been shut down unfortunately.

The Retreat in York is another therapeutic community.

I went to Clare House part of St Andrews Hospital in Essex where I did DBT as an inpatient- you have to be sectioned in order to go to this hospital.

There's also other PD wards in the main St Andrew's hospital in Northampton.

I went to Park Villa in Macclesfield for a year. It was a 12 bed unit for people with PD/self harm issues.

It was independent when I went there but was bought by a healthcare company a couple of years after I left 10 years ago.
