Not Coping With Voices
I havent been on here very often as I have not/am not coping with the schizophrenic voices. They are really really bad and have convinced me to attempt suicide a few times since the last time i was actually online here. And now they are trying to convince me to.. To.. To murder.. Murder someone.

You need to tell someone in real life that you are feeling that way and that the voices told you to do that.

I agree you really need to tell someone what is going on so that they can support you through this. Is there someone who you trust who you could talk to?

That sounds very scary. What support are you getting in real life?
If you feel you are a danger to yourself or someone else, could you take yourself to a&e?
Are you on any medication for the voices? Perhaps requesting a medication review with a psychiatrist or gp would be beneficial.

I did tell my counsellor but he didnt do anything.. I think ill change counsellors.. Hes a dick.. He should have done something about it! ****ing idiot! I have told a couple friends of mine and they are supporting me and looking out for me. And i have organised an appointment to review my medication.

That sounds really proactive, Nathan, really well done :)
If you find your counselor unhelpful looking for a new one is a good idea.
What do you think should he have done about it?
