Anxiety can be really difficult to deal with but their are things you can do to help manage the anxiety so it doesn't feel as overwhelming. Practising breathing techniques and also relaxation techniques can help. There is some good information on different strategies you could try

Another thing that can help is self-talk. So use some coping statements to help get you through. Some things you could say to yourself could be:
-Anxiety is not dangerous, it is just uncomfortable
-Right now I have feelings I don't like. They will be over soon and I will be fine
-It is not the first time I have felt anxiety. I am going to take some deep breaths and keep on going
