Permission to post R/V

I have never experienced this previously, but for my latest post on my R/V, I have to wait for a moderator to allow it. Does this happen to everyone? Is there a particular reason why I'm only just experiencing it now?

It's a strange one but something in your post would have triggered the spam filters I've had a brief look and I can't see what it was but some posts get stuck!
