RYL isn't loading on my laptop... google chrome gives me a message saying "oops! Google chrome could not connect to www.recoveryourlife.com"...
I tried trouble shooting my internet to see if that would fix it, and got a message song "you're computer seems to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (www.recoveryourlife.com) is not responding".
I tried resetting my router/modem, restarted my laptop, tried 3 different browsers, cleared my browsing history, emptied the cache, deleted cookies and it's not working. It's working on my kindle though...
Any ideas on what's going on?

There's another topic about this. Basically you're not the only one with this problem.

If you're still having trouble loading RYL, please can you let me know your current IP address? You can find this by doing a Google search for "what's my IP address".
Thanks very much for the IP, that's been removed from the firewalls now so you should have no more trouble.
Sorry for the difficulties - it looks like something perhaps related to the new Livehelp is causing our firewalls to see a *lot* of active connections from some users and this is resulting in unwanted blocks.
I'm still investigating on our side to see how best we can resolve this.
Thanks very much for the useful advice for the members, very good of you.
We think the problem may be to do with the Javascript code used to embed the LH status icon. This definitely appears to be causing issues. There is a newer version of the code which is jQuery based which we want to try shortly.
We're also seeing a lot of botnets attacking RYL at present as well as other sites we host so this isn't helping things either. Hopefully we can get this under control shortly and then it should be easier to diagnose any remaining connection / posting issues which seem to exist for some members (a very small percentage from what I can see).
