Yep, strange question, but on the tab bar, there are no tabs - for example, forums, chat, etc. It's just a blank blue bar. Is it just my computer being a d*ck or is this happening for others?
Cheers!
How can the light that burned so brightly
Suddenly burn so pale?
We have tonight enabled a system called CloudFlare which is essentially a very advanced 'firewall' which sits between the RYL servers and the rest of the internet. Its primary functions are to improve performance by serving static assets for RYL from servers which are geographically close to visitors and also to further protect the website from malicious botnets and other nasties on the internet.
This shouldn't cause issues for most visitors to RYL but it's possible something is up here. Please could you try clearing your browser cache and/or try with a different browser and let me know how you get on? The issue may resolve in the next hour or two but if it persists, please post back to this thread.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue and if so, could someone please attach a screen shot?
Thanks for the screenshot. There does appear to be an issue here but I don't think it has anything to do with CloudFlare actually. I think the issue is more likely something to do with the changes made last night to accommodate the new version of LiveHelp.
I'm going to need to ask Harley to investigate this. He's out at present but hopefully he'll be able to take a look when he's back in the next hour or so.
Really sorry for the issues and hopefully we'll have these fixed soon.
On second thoughts, it does look like there may be a CloudFlare issue here - further investigation needed I think and I'll update this thread when I know more.
CF disabled though for now to get the tabs back whilst we investigate.
♥It's the ups and downs of living life this way. Promise me you'll never go away. Just stay with me through one more night because it's always darkest before the light and now I promise you I'll never turn away. I won't let you give us one less heart to break...♥
James has spent the best part of yesterday and today fixing Live Help - I think he deserves a round of applause for all the work that goes in behind the scenes!
It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go.
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do.
We won't all be here this time next year,
so while you can take a picture of us.
We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.
