It's been 9 months roughly since the last time I've self-harmed. I still get the urges at times but I tend to talk myself out of it. Also it helps that the tools I use are hidden in a box which are hidden in another box which is hidden in another box somewhere in my closet. So by the time I get to the tools either the urges pass or I come to my senses lol. It's been a while since i've gone this long without self harming so I must say i'm quite proud of myself at the moment. Last time I got this far I ended up relapsing over something I dont even remember. Lets hope for another 9 months

That's really wonderful to hear, you're doing a stirling job and should be proud of yourself :) I'm glad to hear that you've found ways of getting through the urges. Keep on going, take each day as it comes and make sure you plan something good for yourself very soon :)
