What`s left?
Once you strip away the smiles
Strip away clothes
Strip away the make up
The jewelry
All the material things

What`s left?
When you strip away the computer
Strip away the online persona
Strip away the user name
Strip away everything online

What`s left?
When it is you yourself
Your true self
And no one else

What`s left?
When you face yourself
Face up to everything you`ve done
All the pain, hurt, strife, happiness, joy caused

What`s left?
When in the end
We all have to pay for our parts
What`s left?

When there is no one left
But yourself and you`re
All alone

what`s left then?


Have you ever sat there and wondered ‘why am I still here? I don’t even want to be here. I haven’t wanted to be here for so long. What’s keeping me here?’ And then you realize the answer is nothing. And that scares you even more than the fact that you don’t want to be here anymore.
