I have done it the last 3 or 4 years but didn't get round to it this year.
I usually jog the first 2 or 3k, walk half of the 4th and then jog the last km and a bit and do it in about 35mins. But one year I did it with mates and we were doing all sorts, hopping and cartwheeling and giving each other piggybacks round it. It is good fun!

I would like to do a 10k run, if I can get back to my original fitness it would take 45 minutes.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

Well done. :)
I started doing it in 2010, although last year I did it twice! We jog it, but this year was ridiculously slow, there was rather a 'bottleneck' effect on the narrow paths.
I did a 10k midnight walk for our local hospice this month also, which was rather fun!

I'm hoping to do the London to Brighton walk next year. It starts at something like 4am and ends whenever you complete it. I'm hoping to do it in 20 hours. Although not having sleep for that long and the pain I'll get in my legs may make it hard.
