Unable to change mood using Safari on the iPhone

Can't change my mood using Safari on the iPhone any more, I've had to change browser, but would rather use Safari as it's more user friendly, is this a compatibility issue because of site updates? if so can it be fixed? Thanks.

Strange when I click the mood panel, the drop down menu doesn't appear? All I can think is if there is a way to update safari on the iPhone? But I don't know of a way? it worked right up until recently & now it just keeps taking me back to the top of the page when I click on my mood :(
