Do you have any advice on getting a good nights sleep?

I also hear voices at night, but not as bad I shouldn't think. You could try music or white noise machines? Otherwise try meditating and seeing if you can completely quiet your mind? I try to have a fan running in the background to listen to at night if the voices bother me, because it's a sound I can focus on but it's more relaxing than music to me.

You can always pm me, if you want to talk.

Thanks for the ideas I will try them all. I will also bring it up with the consultant on the ward although im sure his answer to the problem will be to put me on more meds but I'll mention it anyway x

I hear voices too, for a while they bothered me at night and stopped me from sleeping. I've found that taking a pill "if needed" (as prescribed by my therapist) helped me relax and feel better.
There was also the method of headphones and music, it used to be a life saver.

Play some relaxing music, it always helps me. Download Pandora or go on your laptop/computer and create a station. My station is called "Relaxation Radio", hope those voices go away!
