Ok, so the title makes it sound like a job – it honestly isn’t’!
We are just wanting a few more lovely members to join our fab team on the eZine! We are looking for
10 members to join us in time for the next issue. When you are on the team, all you will need to do is just contribute as little or as much as you can to each issue – whether it be one article or five, all we ask is that you are active and contributing.
All you need to do is PM me (GlitterTrashDoll) saying you would like to join the team – but we would also like you to say why you want to be a part of the team, and what kind of articles you would enjoy writing. You won’t be judged on this, or make to do the articles you say every issue, this is merely just to see what you are going to be bringing to the team, and to know if you genuinely want to do this. As we have had members join the team previously, and hardly post therefore making other members who genuinely wanted to be a part of the team loses out.
How it’s going to work is everyone that put’s their name forward will have their name put in a hat, and pulled out randomly. This is to ensure its fair, and there is no favouritism – everyone has an equal chance. The only thing that is taken in to consideration is activity levels – if you have only been on a handful of times in a month or two, then you won’t be put into the hat. We want active members – we’re not asking that you are on every day, just on a few times a week, this is so we know you’ll be active around boards.
If you aren’t drawn out of the hat this time, then next time we are looking for new members – please feel free to put your name forward again.
