Personal Piece- Contains upsetting material - My first poem x
No one sees the pain she's trying to hide, All they see is her painted on smile, Lost in a world where no one seems to care
Reaching out to people who aren't even there
Her demons she keeps locked away in a box
There all breaking free and she knows she's lost
Her children in bed now are fast asleep
So up the stairs she gently creeps
In her room the door tightly locked
Is where she harms not wanting to stop.
