anyone on here deal with both the SH and mental disorders on their own, i've hd to since sept. cause of my funds & now i'm loosing my insurance so it's all my own willpower
Im bipolar and have a borderline personality.
If so does dealing with it on your own easier than with a psychiatrist/ therapist etc.?

my college wont let me see them so through time i think tolerating this is getting better, you know?

Have you looked at online CBT courses? They might help.

I don't have any professional support. I deal with self harm on my own. I don't have any diagnoses but it's because I haven't gotten help. Can't pay for it on my own. Can't ask anyone else for help with it. It's really hard.
