Tipping point *triggering*
Triggering myself, almost as an excuse to not "seriously hurt myself".
Looking at pro sites and pictures and wishing I could do it. So much.
Just hurt myself a "little bit".
If I can bleed, just a little bit, it takes the edge off. If I can feel some sort of pain it's okay.
What's a little bit? What's an acceptable amount of harm?
Why does my brain keep going back to this ad a way of coping?
I just want it to finish. I'm so desperate for it to finish.

I had that issue too, and sadly it was a slippery slope. I did it to take the edge off and now I am back at full force hurting myself. We need to find a way to get our minds off that way of coping somehow, have you tried the rubber band way?

That she's still mystified by things
But scared to ask

It's been a spiral for a while I suppose. I can feel the blackness creeping back in and taking over. Staring at walls for hours. Crying at nothing. I've been off work for a week and I'm just drinking and sleeping, drinking and sleeping.
I don't want to be here. I don't want to be like this. I can't see a way out and it's all getting a bit too much.

Have you thought about visiting your GP and having a chat with them? I'm sorry you're feeling so low. Alcohol tends to lead to poor quality sleep, poor quality sleep makes us tired and low, which leads to drinking, and the cycle repeats. Do you think it would be helpful if you cut down on your drinking?
Is anything making you feel so bad right now?

It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go.
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do. We won't all be here this time next year,
so while you can take a picture of us. We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

You can do it! I know your strong just because you WANT to be done. That's half the battle. I tried to quit for many other people but it never worked until I did it for myself!
You can do this, stay strong and we're all here for you!! :)
