I just wanted to say, I've noticed on a few threads now that many of us feel our problems whether it be depression, anxiety, self harm, etc aren't significant enough to get help or feel we deserve help,
WE ALL DESERVE HELP
(Sorry for shouting) but it really is true, it doesn't matter how mild or severe the issue is, we're all important people and if it affects your life, then get help because you do deserve to feel okay and happy in life
I just wanted to post this because we all need support so here's some, full of hugs and stuff
