Think I might be about to relapse.

I haven't been on here in quite a while, because, well, I've been stable. I've been busy doing the things I couldn't do before, apart from the bit of time where I was homeless. But I'm starting to notice signs of my BPD threatening to relapse and I have no idea what to do. They're such odd things, how can I go to my doctors and tell him I think I'm going to need mental health support because I started arguing with my partner that time is a 4th dimension which we can't really measure etc and that this lasted an entire hour(according to the clock, which is within the constrains of this 4th dimension so not truly accurate). Or that I'm having impulses but haven't acted on any of them yet. He's not going to take me seriously. Is there anything I can do that I'm not already doing, which is just trying to stay rational, take my meds and look after myself.

Sometimes you have to laugh, or you would cry.

Hi there. Are you able to tell your GP that you think your BPD is getting worse, and you are worried about a relapse? You don't have to say why, and I'm sure he'd understand that you had an argument.

What makes you think he won't take you seriously?

It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go.
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do.
We won't all be here this time next year,
so while you can take a picture of us.
We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Just how obscure the symptoms are, and the fact he hasn't known me long, I moved here in late october and I don't know if he'll realise how severe I can get.

Ahh, I see. Well, sometimes it's good just to say it, and it might help being proactive now, while it's still in the earlier stages. He'll be able to see your notes at the very least.

You'd think that, I legally changed my name at the end of 2011 and somehow the NHS lost all my notes from before then.
