I feel really alone, im always their for everybody else, whenever they're upset, need a chat, a hug...i need help and support and nobody wants to know :( its so frustrating.
I need somebody to talk to and listen, my therapist who i really got on with has left the cmht and my new cc hasnt even seen me yet, i contacted him last week but he had to cancel, and hasnt contacted me since.
Ive got no therapy yet as im still waiting.
At work in the toilet atm, really upset. Can't cope much longer :(
I'm sorry you feel so lonely. I find speaking to people on here helpful when I'm feeling lonely. I have a partner and friends but whenever I need them they seem to be working or not answering texts so I can be useful to know there are people here to help. If you want to chat anytime feel free to PM me. X
Often it's the person who supports everyone else who has no one to turn to; and are often not asked how they are being they seem so strong and okay. I have often found that being the person people come to when they need help/advice.
A befriender from MIND is a good idea - and of course there's always chat on here or calling a helpline like Samaritans to talk things through with.
If you ever want to talk and feel completely alone you are welcome to PM me and I will listen and try to help if I can.

♥It's the ups and downs of living life this way. Promise me you'll never go away. Just stay with me through one more night because it's always darkest before the light and now I promise you I'll never turn away. I won't let you give us one less heart to break...♥
I spent much of the day in bed trying to sleep as i work nights, i got some but mainly due to the fact i took valium, cause otherwise i can't sleep on a work day...i feel a bit better this evening but my my mood does feel on edge a bit.
I might look into the MIND thing, cause at the moment i have no therapy, i'm on never ending waiting lists. Normally when i need somebody to talk to its unsocial hours, or they're too busy to reply and stuff.
I tired contacting my cc again, and guess what no reply, i'm thinking of making a complaint or changing him, how wold i go about doing that?
My therapist and CC left almost a month ago and said X would be my new CC, i would get a letter and he would contact me...well after 2 weeks i didn't hear anything, i contacted him, he seemed unproffesional in his manner and he agreed to meet me, but then he called in to work to say he couldn't make it on the week when i was due to see him, the receptionist told me he would call me on the monday to re-arrange, he never did..so i rang them again today at 8.30am and they said he'd ring me...he never did and i still have not received a letter or anything. I need some professional support right now and i'm not getting it :(
Hey. I'm sorry you're feeling so alone. Do you think the nights are exacerbating how you're feeling tight now?
My family are from Dorset, so I know how bad the waiting times are (due to it being so rural). There's always the option of going to A&E and asking to see someone from the on call psych team (DCH have one I think, not sure about Yeovil) because it might speed up the referral.
Out of hours, it might be possible to ask your GP to refer you to the crisis/HTT in your area, and I think NHSdirect can transfer your call through, though I don't know if you need to already be registed with them. NHSdirect or Samaritans can be quite helpful to talk to.
I think making a complaint is a good idea; no reply is unacceptable, and you should be able to change him by contacting the CMHT directly. There should also be an on-call psych for any given day that you can speak to if your CC is busy.
It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go.
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do.
We won't all be here this time next year,
so while you can take a picture of us.
We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.
Hey, yeah the nights have been, very much so...i have dropped to 3 nights now which will start this week. I'd love a day job, but working days in Sainsburys i'd find very stressful because of all the people and busyness, i find it very stressful being around lots of people, nights is better because there is only a few of us, but lack of sleep and the lifestlye is making me stressed, anxious etc also. So dropping was my only real option.
Ive been to the yeovil one before in crisis, said id have to wait 6hrs!!! So i left that. Never tried Dorchester though, not thought of their, i will try that next time!
I still haven't heard anything from cc, im going doctors tomorrow to get some more valium but im going to get thrm to write to cmht and request a change...its frustrating, hes getting paid for helping but hes not. Grrrr.
