flies

i bought a big plant and since then ive noticed flies in my flat which has freaked me out.

is there any way to get rid of them or should i get rid of the plant?

i have a hatred of insects.

I am currently:

I spray 3M spray mount at inscts and then point and laugh when they stick them selves together

Like this one time i sprayed a wasp and it couldnt move cos it was cocooned in spray mount

taught the little ****er with whom not to ****

I got rid of it. Totally not worth the horrible anxiety. I feel so much better now they're out of my flat.
