Belvita breakfast biscuits.

Has anyone tried them? Do they actually keep you full for four hours? I fail to see how two biscuits the size of a cereal bar can do that and tbh I think it's a load of bullsh*t.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

I suppose it probably depends on your appetite.
I tend to have breakfast at 7ish, then a snack about 10ish. I find the breakfast biscuits keep me going just as well as a small bowl of cereal or slice of toast (I can never eat more than that at breakfast).
If you're used to having a bigger breakfast though and not eating again until lunch then you may struggle on just the biscuits!

Woe! That wouldn't keep me going but then again I like my food.

Normally I have around 4 weetabix a morning with a nice cup of hot chocolate (given I have time and don't have to rush off anywhere).

I'd rather eat my own hand than those, they look 110% rank.

Even before my meds increased my appetite, I've always had good breakfasts. I've never understood how people can survive on two handfuls of cereal for a whole morning. I eat a large bowl of cereal for breakfast, or porridge. If I have toast, I need 4 slices.

What do you mean by "rank"?

Thanks. I'm going to try one and see if they're disgusting. They're probably full of fibre and that's why they taste like cardboard.

So why, in the radio advert, does a woman say "ooh! These are delicious!" about the biscuits?

*confused*

Because that's what adverts are meant to do, they are not going to go 'eww this is vile, I wouldn't buy this product'.

The advert is meant to get people interested in something and get them to buy it so it's going to be as positive as it can be.

The milk and cereal ones are quite nice :) they're nice but they are definitely more of a snack or you should eat something else with them.

True and true for both.

I'm going to try them as a snack then. Or I'll try them for breakfast and time how long it takes me to get hungry on different days and do a statistical analysis on it.

I think they'd probably keep me going. I won't be trying them because I have to have cereal at breakfast otherwise I feel weird all day (random OCD-ness, I'm sure!). Once I am less ritualised in regards to food, I may well try them!

As for the taste, I think you'd have to try them to form your own opinion because everybody's different! Some people will like them, some won't.
