Well as the title says in supposed to be starting psychology but I don't have a clue what it is or what it's for and I will admitt I'm quite scared to be starting can soneone explain please and let me know what I will talk about please thanks xx

I thought psychology just means the study of the human mind?
Do you mean psychological therapy? Otherwise I'm not sure either :)

it's probably a psychologist.
they generally refer to seeing a psychologist as psychology.

you'll probably talk about you're feelings and try and try and find out why you are feeling that way.
they can also do CBT, DBT and stuff if they feel you might benefit from it
