Oh dear!
So I had a random visit today from an RYLer and served her my rather yummy slow cooked beef stew! It was a delight until I realised that I was ever so tipsy and I hadn't really drunk much if any alcohol!!

You don't really taste the guiness because the majority of it is cooked off. It just makes the gravy stuff taste good. Plue, it gives you like 1000 percent of your daily iron reccomendation.
