Speed and Heroin

I been depressed for a very long time, I am always made fun of by my family, that now think I quit shooting up. The problem is that I need to start my day with a shot of amphetamine and heroin, there are no more veins I have access to except my neck and private so I just skin pop. How can I get through the withdrawals, Should I quit speed first, then horse, or other way around? Also what OTC drugs will help, and how can I stop the cravings.

Thank you for reading.

My heart goes out to you, I'm a recovering heroin/crack addict - been clean 3 years. I know exactly what you're feeling. I went to a detox facility to kick everything and was on Suboxone for 2 weeks. That was the only way I could quit. If you don't have access to such a facility, I urge you to reach out to people near you that support your sobriety.

I also found a website that should be very helpful in quitting cold turkey.

Feel free to PM me if you need support!

Have you thought about seeking a doctor's help? It can be quite difficult to go cold-turkey sometimes. And alternative is cutting down slowly, such as halving doses this week, and reducing it slow enough that the withdrawal is manageable.

It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go.
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do.
We won't all be here this time next year,

We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Like the others have said I would very much suggest seeking out professional help to help you quit. They will be able to give you guidance as which to stop first and whether it is safe to come straight off of them cold turkey or not.

I hope you manage to get the help.

'Cause I'll always remember you the same.
Oh eyes like wild flowers within demons of change ♥
