London Eye. Science Museum.
Don't rule out walking around central London. You can get lost for hours just exploring the wonderful scenery.
You do have to go to Nandos though. IT IS AWESOME!

It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go.
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do. We won't all be here this time next year,
so while you can take a picture of us. We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Walking by the Thames down the South Bank. You can also do a river tour that takes you on a boat and you see all the sights by the Thames.

Yes to the above!
you should go into greenwich, have a wander around, explore greenwich park, go up to the observatory, and then get the boat back down to the south bank.
Oh, we have a cable car now too! its pretty sweet and has some awesome views.

I've never been to Nandos!
The London Dungeons are pretty epic and maybe take a look at the West End shows. They're great!

Camden town/ markets is a must. Also what's that food market called? Its underneath the railway arches or something.
Depending how long you stay you could get a train to Brighton or to some of the lovely villages with thatched cottages. As that's kinda seen as typical English countryside.

Some are nicer than others so check out their reviews.
Definitely consider walking lots though as there are sights to see everywhere.

Go to Primrose hill in the evening to look at the view over London.
The Tower of London is awesome.
Wander around the royal parks and palaces - Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace.
The V&A museum often have awesome exhibits.
Take the Oxford Tube out to Oxford for a day - really lovely city and only just over an hour away.

Always seem to get things just that little bit wrong.
